LGBTIQA+ inclusion at Births Deaths and Marriages Registry Victoria
Births Deaths and Marriages Registry Victoria attended to provide an overview of improvements in processes and communications to support inclusion, particularly relating to sex, name changes and surrogacy.
New compliance code on workplace amenities and work environment
WorkSafe attended to provide an update in relation to the new compliance code on workplace amenities and work environment, including the requirement for gender-neutral toilets in large businesses.
DJCS Pride Action Plan
DJCS asked consultation questions of members relating to development of the department’s first Pride Action Plan, to deliver on the action in Pride in our future: Victoria’s LGBTIQA+ strategy 2022–32.
