Each year, the Attorney-General releases a report containing data and discussion about the operation of the Victorian infringements system.

These reports provide information about the activities and initiatives undertaken during the corresponding 12-month period, and also identify trends in infringements activity and enforcement action since the Infringements Act 2006 commenced.

The Attorney-General's guidelines to the Infringements Act 2006 are also available on this website. These guidelines outline what is appropriate to be dealt with by way of an infringement (fine) and are of particular relevance to enforcement agencies.
